General Information

CONSTRUCT SHIFT RVR S.R.L. entity established in accordance with the laws of Romania, with its registered office in Sat Rosu Com. Chiajna, Drm. Bacriului, No. 42bis, Camera 4, Et.2, Ap.14, Rosu registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J2024048442004, Unique Registration Code (CUI) no. RO51022690, is a provider of consulting services, facilitation, workshops and digital products, offered in online or on-site format.

By accessing this site or purchasing the services/products offered, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services and products offered

Construct Shift RVR offers:

strategic consulting services and BIM support
workshops and training sessions
1:1 mentoring and clarification sessions
group Q&A / peer learning sessions
digital products (whitepapers, guides, templates)
monthly subscriptions with included consulting hours
free or paid resources

All services are offered based on a clear description and may be updated without prior notice.

Payment methods

Payment is made in advance by:

bank card (Netopia)
bank transfer, based on invoice
integration with online shop, where applicable

Services are not considered reserved until payment confirmation.
Subscriptions can be recurring and will be managed monthly according to the client’s choice.

Scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling

For live sessions (1:1 or group), the policy is as follows:

cancellation less than 24 hours in advance → the session is considered completed
rescheduling is allowed only once, at least 24 hours in advance
in case of no-show without notification, the amount paid is not refunded

Exceptions can be accepted in well-motivated cases, at the discretion of the consultant.

Intellectual property

All materials provided by Construct Shift RVR – including, but not limited to: presentations, guides, files, recordings, worksheets – are the exclusive property of the author and are protected by applicable law.

Distribution, reproduction or use for other purposes (commercial or educational) without written consent is prohibited.

Confidentiality and professional ethics

Any information shared during individual or group sessions is treated confidentially.
No personal, organizational or strategic information will be disclosed without written consent.

Participants in group sessions undertake to respect the same confidentiality rule as other participants.

Processing of personal data (GDPR)

The data collected is used only for the purpose of providing services, direct communication and possible invoicing.

We do not collect or use sensitive data. We do not transmit data to third parties without the express consent of the client.

Users have the right to request:

access to their personal data

rectification or deletion

limitation of processing

data portability

Limitation of liability

The consultancy offered by Construct Shift has an informative and decision-making role, but the client assumes the implementation and consequences of the resulting actions.
Exact or replicable results are not guaranteed.

Litigation and applicable legislation

This contract is governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
