Confidentiality of shared content
Each participant in a session organized by Construct Shift RVR (online or on-site) undertakes to:
keep the confidentiality of personal, professional or commercial information shared by other participants
not to distribute, reproduce or use the content of conversations in other contexts without written consent
not to record audio/video sessions without explicit permission
Confidentiality is essential for the emotional and professional safety of all participants.
Materials and content delivered
All materials provided (PDF files, guides, templates, presentations, content delivered during the sessions) are protected by copyright and remain the property of Construct Shift RVR/ Romina Posea.
The user has the right to personal, non-commercial use, as follows:
Can consult, download, print the materials for their own use
Cannot resell, redistribute or use the content in their own products or training, without written consent
Cannot publicly publish fragments without attribution to the author and prior consent
Recordings
Some sessions (e.g. thematic workshops or reflection circles) can be recorded only with the prior consent of all participants.
Recordings will be stored securely, for a limited period, only for:
subsequent viewing by participants (if explicitly provided)
improvement of delivery formats
(optional) extraction of anonymized fragments for educational or demonstrative purposes — only with consent
Responsibility and ethical use
Each participant is responsible for their own decisions made as a result of the work process.
The consultant does not assume the results of applying the recommendations in an individual or organizational context unless a dedicated contractual framework for implementation has been agreed.
Termination of access / withdrawal of rights
In case of violation of these clauses, Construct Shift RVR reserves the right to:
interrupt access to resources or community
withdraw the license to use the materials
request legal damages, if applicable
Good faith and shared values
Construct Shift RVR services are based on trust, respect and transparency.
Their use implies acceptance of these values as the foundations of collaboration.
Any collaboration can be interrupted by either party if trust, ethics or safety space is compromised.
